"Awesome deal with speedy delivery"
Delivery was the very next day. The team kept me in the loop about the shipping. What a fantastic price! The AF200 treadmill is excellent, super solid, and has great shock absorption.

"Great product and helpful support"
I got myself some adjustable dumbbells, but they arrived with the wrong collars because of a mistake on the website. After chatting with customer service, they refunded me the difference for the right collars.
The quality of the product is top-notch, so you can bet I’ll be coming back for more!

"Awesome Squat Rack 1.0"
I got the Squat Rack 1.0 after reaching out to customer service with a couple of questions, and Henry was super quick and helpful in his responses.
The delivery of the squat rack was lightning fast, and it came with some steel plates too. I was really impressed by how solid and well-made the rack is. 11 out of 10, for sure I'll be coming back for more, big thanks to Henry!

"BodyPump Bar Review"
Fantastic customer support! I pre-ordered a BodyPump bar and received regular updates. I would’ve given it a full 5 stars, but the only drawback is that additional weights aren’t offered for the BodyPump bar. I got a one-inch hole weight plate from another place, but it doesn’t fit the bar. Fingers crossed that Vital Gym will provide an option to buy more weights for the BodyPump bar down the line.

"Adjustable Weights"
I placed my order on Sunday and received my dumbbells and weights bright and early on Tuesday. The stainless steel weights are impressive in both look and feel. I did have an issue with one of the weight clips being defective, but I reached out to Henry, and he was super helpful. He sent me a replacement clip the very next day. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

"Happy with My Order, Great Quality and Service"
I had a good experience ordering from Vital Gym. It took about 5 weeks to get my stuff after I placed the order, but Henry was great at keeping me informed about when it would arrive. I get that delivery times can be tricky and not always in their hands, but hey, the package showed up, and I'm really pleased with the product's quality.

"Super happy with my body pump barbell!"
I got the body pump barbell and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with both the gear and the service. Since it was a pre-order, Henry reached out to inform me about the expected arrival and assured me it would be shipped out the same day. True to his word, it arrived within a day, and I couldn't be happier! I'll surely be ordering again!

"Got My Bench 1.0"
I got the Bench 1.0 delivered right on schedule. I ran into some trouble putting it together, but Henry, who helped me out, was really friendly and super helpful. We figured it out, and now the bench is working great!
The box showed a bit of wear during shipping, which led to a bolt being missing. I shot them an email, and they’ve already sent a replacement.

"Awesome gear and top-notch support!"
I recently got myself some adjustable dumbbells, an Olympic bar, and plates from Vitalgym. The plates were on pre-order when I bought them, but their team communicated really well, keeping me in the loop about when they’d be back in stock and when I could expect them to arrive.
The delivery was speedy, and the items matched exactly what I saw and read about on their site.

"Delivery took longer than expected..."
The item took some time to arrive, even though it was listed as available when I placed the order. That said, it did show up before the estimated delivery window, so it seems like they’re restocking pretty fast.
It was well packaged and is a solid product that I’m really happy with.

"Thicker Plates Than Expected..."
I was pretty let down because the plates turned out to be thicker than what was claimed. Like, the 25kg ones were supposed to be 70mm, but the ones I got measured 90mm. Apparently, this is because they switched suppliers, and they might update the website later! On the bright side, delivery was super fast.

"Stock Issues and Frustrating Delays"
I ordered some dumbbells that were listed as available, and I got an email saying they were on their way. But when the delivery time came and went, the tracking service informed me that they hadn’t even received the package to send out. Turns out, the product was never actually available, and I ended up wasting weeks waiting around. They gave me some excuse about a mysterious error, but I really think they just didn’t have the item at all. Plus, the refund took a few days to process, which held me back from ordering from another place until I had the cash.

"Essential Weight Training Bench from Vital Gym"
The equipment showed up right on schedule, and I got a heads-up about its upcoming arrival. The bench is just like what you see in the ads—solid, simple to put together and tweak, plus comfy to use. I've been using it for a week, and I'm really pleased with my buy. I'd totally suggest it to anyone into home workouts.

A positive aspect is their larger inventory compared to other retailers. On the downside, the sales team on live chat wasn’t very helpful. I inquired about a product, and they just told me to check the info myself. Also, I forked out £20 for next day delivery, but it took three days instead. Anyway, the products finally showed up.

"Quick shipping!"
This was my first time buying from VITAL GYM, and it was a fantastic experience. I placed an order for weight straps and wrist straps in the late afternoon, and by that evening, I got an email saying my items were on their way. They showed up the very next day! I’d totally recommend them and will surely shop here again. Kudos!
